- IONI retains consent records for a period of five (5) years from the date of consent collection, in accordance with GDPR compliance requirements. After this period, data will be securely deleted unless otherwise required by legal obligations.
– Use of AI features may involve the processing of your inputs and outputs by IONI’s systems and trusted third-party providers solely to deliver the requested functionality. These are not used to retrain AI models without your explicit consent.
– For billing and subscriptions, payment credentials are processed by Stripe as an independent controller. IONI only receives limited billing metadata.
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request access to your personal data.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing.
- Portability: Receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Consent withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Users will receive confirmation of withdrawal via email, and their data will be removed unless required for compliance purposes. If you withdraw consent during a free trial or active subscription, certain data (such as billing records) may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons, while AI interaction data and account information will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
